Physical Therapy

with Keanna Gross, DPT

Movement-focused care to help you feel stronger, more capable, and confident in your body again. Whether you’re recovering from injury, dealing with chronic pain, navigating postpartum changes, or just not moving the way you used to—Keanna helps you get back to living actively at any stage of life.

**Physical therapy with Keanna is covered by most commercial insurance plans, including TriWest, Medicare, Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and many of their sub-plans. We are happy to verify your benefits prior to your appointment.

A Whole-Body Approach

Keanna’s care goes beyond treating an isolated area of pain. With advanced training in pelvic floor physical therapy for women, she understands how the pelvic floor, core, posture, strength, and movement patterns work together—and how dysfunction in one area can affect the entire body.

Patients seek care for a wide range of concerns, including back and neck pain, hip and knee issues, injury recovery, postpartum changes, pelvic floor dysfunction, and general mobility limitations.

Personalized for How You Move

Treatment may include hands-on therapy, mobility work, strength training, neuromuscular re-education, and customized exercise programming based on your specific limitations, goals, and lifestyle.

A key focus of care is giving you the tools and confidence to continue improving outside the clinic. When beneficial, Keanna can also coordinate care with Enlighten’s chiropractic, medical massage, naturopathic medicine, and laser therapy providers.

Eight Sessions Designed to Create Lasting Change

Physical therapy is not limited to what happens during an appointment.

The Physical Therapy Restore Pathway is designed to help you make meaningful, lasting changes in the way your body moves and functions—both inside and outside the clinic. Your physical therapist will create a personalized home plan based on your evaluation, goals, and current abilities. The work you complete between appointments is an essential part of your progress.

  • How Your Visits Support Your Progress

Your in-office visits provide the professional guidance needed to:

    • Monitor how your body is responding

    • Confirm that exercises and movements are being performed correctly

    • Adjust your plan as your strength and mobility improve

    • Address pain, restrictions, or barriers that arise

    • Provide accountability and help you remain consistent

    • Progress your activities safely over time

Because lasting improvement happens through consistent practice, most patients are initially seen once per week. Visits may be spaced farther apart as you become stronger, more confident, and more independent with your home plan.

  • Who This Pathway May Help

Your care is individualized according to your evaluation and may address:

    • Pain and limited mobility

    • Weakness or instability

    • Balance and fall concerns

    • Pelvic-floor dysfunction

    • Reduced function following injury

    • Difficulty returning to work, exercise, recreation, or daily activities

The pathway provides structure and accountability while allowing your treatment plan to change as you progress.

Your Eight-Session Pathway

How Long Does the Pathway Take?

Most patients begin with physical therapy approximately once per week.

The eight-session pathway may take about eight weeks to complete, although visits may be spaced farther apart as you progress. The exact timeline depends on your condition, recovery, consistency with your home plan, and clinical needs.

The purpose is not to keep you dependent on office visits. It is to give you the tools, guidance, and accountability needed to create lasting improvements in your everyday life.

The pathway provides savings compared with purchasing each appointment individually.

Begin With an Evaluation

Every Physical Therapy Restore Pathway begins with an individualized evaluation to determine whether this level of care is appropriate for you.

Eight guided sessions. Consistent work at home. Lasting change that continues beyond the clinic.
