Insurance

As a courtesy to our patients, Enlighten Integrated Health accepts assignment of benefits and will submit claims to most participating insurance companies. However, your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance carrier. Patients are ultimately responsible for understanding their benefits and for any deductible, coinsurance, copay, non-covered service, or remaining balance not paid by insurance.

Please note that insurance participation may vary by provider and service. We do not currently accept Medicaid, GEHA, UMR, or certain other private insurance plans.
